Vessel Walkthrough

Boarding vessel from the stern there is a teak laid fiberglass swim platform with a fold down swim ladder and a new 12' Alurib tender with 20hp Tohatsu outboard mounted on a cradle. A hydraulic passerelle is mounted centrally on the transom for tender launching and stern boarding. Stainless hawse pipes are located port and stbd for stern lines, and there is an opening tuna door to stbd. Moving into the cockpit, the decks are laid in teak and upholstered bolsters are located around the cockpit combing. A double door centrally located fish box is located in the cockpit sole beneath the built-in transom livewell, and there is a dining table with folding chairs for alfresco dining. A large San Juan shade is located above for sun protection. A custom warping winch is mounted on the stbd combing for ease of stern docking. Shore power cords with Glendenning cable masters are located in lockers on port and stbd sides as well as fresh and salt water washdown spickets, tv and phone hookups, and jam cleats for the outriggers. There are built in teak covered steps to port and stbd and a portable set of teak stairs to step up to the passerelle. Mounted along the aft bulkhead of the house, there is a bait freezer, sink and tackle station with drawers, a sink, and an opening door for access to the engine room. All the way to stbd  is a rod storage locker with a chart plotter located in the door. Up 4 stairs to stbd is the salon door and a spiral staircase with teak treads leading up to the bridge.Moving up to the bridge there are two Murray Brothers helm chairs located behind the pop-up electric dash at the helm console containing all of your navigational equipment. There is a set of throttle and shift controls at the helm and a second set of controls to port for alongside docking. An opening trap door above the helm houses electric teaser reels. Forward of the helm to port is an upholstered U-shaped settee with table. To stbd there is an L shaped console with storage, sink, and refrigeration. There is a 4-sided strataglass enclosure with zippered smile windows for protection from seas and weather, and a Pipewelders hardtop above.Moving into the salon, the soles are satin finished wood, and cabinetry is high gloss Cherry. To port there is an L shaped settee with storage beneath, and a separate small couch along the aft bulkhead. A large window for viewing the action in the cockpit is located above it and a built-in table with decor is located in the outboard corner with a wall mounted lamp above. Whisperwall headliners are located above with recessed lighting. Opposite to stbd, there is a wall mounted flatscreen TV with storage cabinetry and forward of that is a wet bar area with glassware and bottle storage, sink and Scottsman icemaker. Stepping up one step, there is a dinette located to stbd with storage underneath and storage cabinets above on the forward bulkhead, and to port is the fully equipped galley area also with storage cabinets along the forward bulkhead.Moving down the stairs to the guest cabins, the VIP with ensuite head is located all the way forward. Aft to port is an over/under cabin with ensuite head. There is also access to this head from the hallway as a day head. Opposite to stbd is a twin side by side cabin with ensuite head and aft again there is a laundry cabinet with washer/dryer. All the way aft is the beautiful full beam master cabin with King size bed, ensuite head, vanity, and walk in closet.
