2016 Custom Walkabout 39 Zum Verkauf

Questa barca è il primo esemplare di 39 piedi in assoluto del cantiere Walkabout ed ha alcuna peculiarità che ne fanno una ottima barca per affrontare qualsiasi mare e condizione meteorologiche:
Lo scafo e coperta sono costruiti interamente in sandwich con anima in PVC (80 kg/mc) e in cui le pelli sono in tessuti multiassiali di vetro impregnati con resina epossidica.
La struttura dei rinforzi ingloba la sede della chiglia e la base del puntone che scarica gli sforzi dell'albero.

Il pavimento è realizzato in sandwich ed è incollato alla struttura dei rinforzi e saldato allo scafo in modo da ottenere una serie di comparti stagni sul fondo dello scafo dalla prua fino alla chiglia. Questi comparti stagni aumentano notevolmente la sicurezza e in caso di urto distruttivo con sfondamento dello scafo non permettono all'acqua di penetrare all'interno dello scafo.

La coperta è costruita interamente in sandwich con anima in PVCesattamente come lo scafo ed è incollata alla scafo (che ha una larga flangia) con adesivo strutturale epossidico e poi saldata esternamente con laminazione con vetro e resina epossidica per realizzare una giunzione monolitica.

La chiglia presenta un profilo a "T" con una lama di acciaio pieno, il bulbo in piombo, il tutto racchiuso in una stampata di vetro ed epossidica che crea un oggetto monolitico in cui i metalli sono completamente isolati dal mare.

I punti di forza della barca :
La coperta è in fusione/saldata con lo scafo. Nessuna vitti.
3 parti stagne (Prua, sotto l’albero, poppa)
L’albero è collegato alla chiglia (effetto raddrizzante maggiore)
Doppio pavimento. Il primo partendo dalla chiglia è completamente stagno.
L’albero è di carbonio mentre quello del cantiere è di aluminio

This boat is the very first 39-foot model ever built by the Walkabout shipyard and features several distinctive characteristics that make it an excellent vessel for handling any sea and weather conditions:

The hull and deck are entirely constructed in sandwich composite with a PVC core (80 kg/m³), where the outer skins are made of multi-axial fiberglass fabrics impregnated with epoxy resin.

The reinforcement structure incorporates both the keel housing and the base of the mast support, efficiently transferring mast loads.

The floor is also built in sandwich construction, bonded to the reinforcement structure and laminated to the hull, creating a series of watertight compartments along the bottom of the hull, from the bow to the keel. These watertight compartments significantly enhance safety and, in the event of a severe impact causing hull breach, prevent water from flooding the interior.

The deck is entirely constructed in sandwich with a PVC core, just like the hull, and is bonded to the hull (which features a wide flange) using structural epoxy adhesive, then externally laminated with fiberglass and epoxy resin to create a monolithic joint.

The keel features a “T” profile with a solid steel fin and a lead bulb, all encapsulated within a fiberglass and epoxy molding, forming a monolithic structure where the metals are completely isolated from seawater.
