1984 Morri & Para One-Off 50 ULDB Zum Verkauf

Sajano One-Off ULDB 50 piedi  mogano e teak cantiere Morri & Para, Progettista M.Roberti che nel 1985 disegna la barca di famiglia (prima ed unica proprietaria) un 15,75 metri di lamellare di mogano okumè incrociato e resina west-system, linee tirate da regata larghezza 3,62 mt. come altri suoi progetti e coperta in teak ed interni eleganti e rifiniti da crociera con 9 posti letto. Nel 2024 il refit è stato esguito dal Cantiere di Carlini di Rimini costruttore di altri suoi progetti.

Descrizione Esterna: da poppa  Spolier  con plancetta e scalini, pozzetto centrale con due tambucci e tutte le manovre rinviate intorno alla ruota del timone  piano velico frazionato cutter con trinca e yankee avvolgibili e asimmetrico con calza, randa con trasto a poppa e 6 winch Lewmar  dedicati e in posizione ideale per easy-sailing ed equipaggio ridotto. A prua cabina marinaio e calavele separati. I passauomo ed oblò garantiscono una ottima luce.

Descrizione interna : scendendo dal tambuccio di poppa troviamo una grande cabina con letto doppio e singolo con bagno .un altra king size nel corridoio che porta in dinette collegata al pozzetto con una seconda entrata. Cucina a C a sx con altra cabina singola ora cambusa contrapposto al carteggio,divano a C con tavolo 12 posti, contrapposto a divano/cuccettta di murata, secondo bagno e cabina di prua con letto doppio e letto singola. La barca è equipaggiata con Yanmar 75 cv per una velocita di crociera a motore 7,5 kn e dissalatore.

Sajano è una barca unica, l'armatore progettista e velista come il figlio odierno proprietario, hanno realizzato con il cantiere Morri & Para ("il Liutaio" per A.Vallicelli e altri famosi progettisti Sparkman & Stephen, Sciomachen, P.Cori) una barca in legno con la manutenzione di tipo ordinario (scafo west-system- lamellare), prestazioni da regata e spazi interni per lunghe crociere, il cantiere Carlini ha curato il refitting 2024 e aggiornamento attrezzatura velica. La barca viene rimessata al coperto e disalberata ogni anno.

Sajano One-Off ULDB 50 feet – Mahogany and teak
Shipyard: Morri & Para

In 1985, M. Roberti designed his own family yacht (first and only owner at the time): a 15.75-meter laminated cross-grain okoumé mahogany hull built with West System epoxy resin. She features sleek racing lines with a 3.62 m beam, consistent with the designer’s other projects. The deck is in teak, and the interiors are elegant, refined, and fully equipped for cruising, offering 9 berths.

In 2024, the refit was carried out by the Carlini Shipyard in Rimini, builder of other Roberti designs.

Exterior Description

From the stern: spoiler with swim platform and steps.
Central cockpit with two companionways and all running rigging led aft around the helm wheel.

Fractional cutter rig with furling staysail and yankee, plus asymmetric spinnaker with snuffer.
Mainsail with aft traveler and 6 dedicated Lewmar winches, ideally positioned for easy sailing and short-handed crew.

Forward crew cabin and separate sail locker.
Deck hatches and portholes ensure excellent natural light throughout.

Interior Description

Descending from the aft companionway, there is a large cabin with one double and one single berth, plus private bathroom.

Another king-size cabin is located along the corridor leading to the dinette, which is also connected to the cockpit through a second entrance.

To port, a C-shaped galley with an additional single cabin (currently used as storage). Opposite, the chart table area.

Spacious C-shaped dinette with table seating up to 12 people, opposite a sofa/berth along the hull.

Second bathroom and forward cabin with one double and one single berth.

The yacht is equipped with a 75 HP Yanmar engine, providing a cruising speed of 7.5 knots under power, and a watermaker.
