INNOVAZIONE E PROGETTI MIRA 40 – YEAR 2000

Engines: Volvo Penta KAD44 with 1,200 engine hours.

A well-known model appreciated for its reliability at sea and excellent comfort while cruising, whether navigating at cruising speed or pushing the throttles to maximum.

Teak decking on the swim platform and in the cockpit.

The spacious cockpit, with a beam of 4.20 m, allows you to fully enjoy a relaxing day at sea with family and friends. An external refrigerator and cooking area are also present.

The dinette is tidy and well maintained over the years.

There are two aft cabins, while the owner’s cabin is located in the bow.
The mattresses are new.

The galley area includes:

a second refrigerator

microwave oven

electric cooktop

The interior galley has never been used for cooking.

There are two bathrooms, one of which is private to the owner’s cabin, both equipped with showers.

The boat is currently stored ashore, allowing future owners to inspect the hull without the need for hauling out.
It requires engine servicing and antifouling for the 2025 season.
