2023 Maori 125ft K+ for Sale – Iconic Design and Unmatched Comfort in Pisa, Italy

Striking Design and Impressive Performance

2023 Maori 125ft K+, available through Denison Yachting in Pisa, Italy, stands as a testament to innovative design and exceptional craftsmanship. This 125-foot megayacht, designed by Marco Ciampa, is not only visually stunning but also offers a spacious and comfortable interior, making it the perfect choice for both cruising and socializing. With its bold profile and sleek lines, Maori 125ft K+ commands attention on the water, ensuring that every outing is a memorable experience.

Her innovative design allows for an open floor plan on the main deck, upper deck penthouse style master suite and an aft deck that is geared towards entertaining complete with additional galley, massive boat deck complete with garage toy/tender storage.

Spacious and Thoughtful Interiors

Inside, Maori 125ft K+ features a well-appointed layout that maximizes comfort and style. The expansive living areas are designed for relaxation and entertainment, with ample seating and modern amenities. The yacht includes five cabins, each designed to provide a serene retreat for guests, ensuring everyone enjoys their time onboard. The combination of elegance and functionality makes this yacht ideal for extended voyages or intimate gatherings.

Powerful Performance and Advanced Technology

Equipped with twin MAN V12 engines, Maori 125ft K+ delivers impressive performance with a cruising speed of 13 knots and a top speed of 18 knots. The yacht is fitted with advanced navigation systems and stabilizers, ensuring smooth handling and comfort at sea. Whether you're exploring the beautiful coastlines of Italy or hosting friends for a day on the water, this vessel provides the reliability and performance you need.

Built to RINA Commercial comfort class she would be a fantastic platform for a charter yacht with her distinct lines & deck spaces great for families.

Walkthrough & Broker Comments

When you first approach K+ you are first taken back by her aggressive profile lines and imposing super structure. Her design is geared towards a life onboard filled with relaxation, entertaining and gives the impression of being in a floating loft with her high ceilings, open floor plan and master penthouse suite.

She is truly innovative both in design and her layout and can not be truly appreciated until one spends time onboard.

Arriving and boarding from the aft section of the vessel you can utilize the hydraulic lift that doubles as a boarding ladder or diving platform (or tender lift). Stepping onboard you arrive at the 80 square meter aft deck beach club. Hidden in the deck is a massive amount of tender & toy storage accessible with 2 garage doors that close flush with the deck. Forward built into the superstructure two butter-fly doors open to reveal an open galley & bar with extensive bottle storage great for hosting larger parties or just dining alfresco style with your family.

Continuing to the upper deck you have stairs located to both port & starboard where you arrive at the aft section of the main deck that almost services as a balcony overlooking the beach club below. You can imagine relaxing here enjoying the view. Full walk arounds are located to port & starboard and both continue all the way to the bow giving crew excellent access when docking.

This space combines with the interior of the yacht where you have a design that allows you to see all the way to the bow with no interruptions besides the central staircase. This innovating layout creates multiple spaces yet allows them all to flow together into one - keeping with the style of open floor plan living that is becoming increasingly popular not just on yachts but also estates & condos.

Entering the salon you have a day head to starboard, storage closet to port and the main lounge area. Stepping forward to port you have a full service bar area that backs up to the floating central staircase and this bar area compliments the forward dining area which is a work of art. To starboard running aft to bow the corridor passes the staircase that leads down to the guest area or up to the wheel house and master penthouse.

Forward you enter the dining space which has forward facing sliding glass doors that open up to allow for a nice cross breeze. There is also a bow sitting area and crew access via a hatch. This leads down to the crew accommodations on the local deck which can also be accessible via the guest accommodations or the central staircase allowing for excellent service.

To reiterate which I have already mentioned, the use of glass in the superstructure and open floor plan allows for a zen like feeling when onboard and one can only imagine the ease of hosting a private gathering of 50-100 people with ease on this innovative platform, or even hosting a more intricate group or ones family.

Now heading down to the lower level you have 4 guest cabins all ensuite, and then you have access to the galley & crew mess and accommodations for up to 7. Large windows in the hull allow an excessive amount of natural light into the cabins and spaces.

Heading to the upper level you have a day head, wheel house with doors to port & starboard giving easy access to the Portuguese bridge that wraps around the entire forward section of the upper deck.

Back aft on the upper deck is a true highlight of K+ and that is the master penthouse. This is an entire space dedicated to the owner with massive bathroom, walk in wardrobe, and aft spacing living room with large ceilings which opens up to a private aft facing lounge area complete with skylights. I call this a penthouse for a reason as you feel as if you are truly in a lounge, yet on the water, enjoying all the views one would expect from a yacht of this pedigree.

K+ is a unique vessel that is in line with modern day living - she creates a lifestyle that is all about family and friends and does so with the ability to cruise for extended periods of time allowing endless memories to be made taking advantage of that 3,700nm range and accommodations for 10 family or friends.

K+ is offered at an extremely attractive price and the recent €1m price reduction represents the owners intentions to sell in the immediate future. Showings and offers are highly encouraged.
