Launched in 2018, Lady Gwenhyfar is a yawl-rigged Spirit yacht designed for blue water and coastal cruising.  She can easily be owner-managed or sailed with crew support.

This much-loved yacht has been cruised and raced by her original owners throughout the UK, Channel Islands, and the Caribbean after completing the ARC Race in 2019.  More recently, Lady Gwenhyfar has been cruising in the Greek Islands.

Lady Gwenhyfar has been well maintained and will have minor varnish work completed prior to her sale. Complete with a full set of sails, covers, safety equipment, and cruising essentials, this is a sail-away yacht.

Showcasing natural timbers and exquisite craftsmanship throughout, Lady Gwenhyfar’s interior offers beauty as well as practicality.

Lady Gwenhyfar has accommodation for six across a double guest cabin and a Pullman cabin, which share a separate heads, and a forward owner’s ensuite double cabin.

The comfortable and warm living area comprises sofa seating for six diners around a central wooden dining table, with two armchairs to the starboard side separated by a bespoke drinks cabinet in the arm rest.

Entertaining is straight forward in the open plan galley with a front opening fridge, top loading freezer, gas oven, double sink with mixer tap and tailor-made storage for cutlery, crockery, glassware and bar. Fridge and freezer space are sufficient for extended cruising.

The interior has LED lighting, air conditioning, and heating throughout.

Built to RCD Classification A, Lady Gwenhyfar is powered by a diesel inboard 110hp Yanmar 4JH110 fitted with 12v and 24v alternators, and a variable speed Genset Fischer Panda 15000i generator.

On deck, Lady Gwenhyfar’s classic styling is complemented by a modern deck layout and sail wardrobe.  Sailing performance is delivered with a fully custom, carbon slab reefing rig, carbon fiber masts and booms with nitronic rod rigging, and a Bartels electric headsail furling system.

The deck layout includes 3 x electric, 5 x manual Lewmar custom chrome winches.

Lady Gwenhyfar has an extensive sail inventory, which includes a fully battened OneSails mainsail, mizzen, mizzen staysail, 105% jib, furling asymmetric. Spinnakers are both symmetric, one masthead S2 and a fractional S3.5.  A code zero is set on a powered pad eye.
