Our Mission

We aim to positively change the yacht landscape and cater to all members of the yacht community through our revolutionary platform. There haven’t been significant software changes in the world of yachting for over two decades, and we are here to change that.

With YachtWay, we want to break down the barriers and hurdles that currently exist. We want to make life easier by providing everything needed to effectively buy, list, or sell a vessel. Our goal is to create a clear, engaging, and informative yachting experience so that Customers, Shipyards, Dealers and Brokers can reach their boating objectives.

Our History

Co-founders Heigo and Anh met by chance in a hostel 10 years ago, and have been friends and business partners ever since.

Anh honed his experience of building beautiful, functional, and large-scale software as a Software Engineer at Flipboard, and Uber—he has also led the software development team at Uber Freight. Anh has worked with Heigo on many smaller projects, inside and outside the yachting industry.

Heigo moved to the United States 12 years ago and started out in the corporate housing industry. After successfully growing that business, he then dove into the yachting and technology sectors, where he saw a big need for software innovation. He has since taken his expertise to Miami, where he is currently involved with some of the largest and fastest-growing Shipyards in the world.

Both Anh and Heigo have extensive experience in the tech and business sectors, and are now revamping the world of yachting. YachtWay’s inception is the result of years-long friendship, the drive to innovate decades-old boating practices, and the desire to help others.
