Plan on about 3 hours (weather permitting).
  • We’ll meet you or the vessel captain at the marina. We may take interior photos at this point, but our first priority is getting the vessel onto the open water where she can be the main event.
  • On the open water, we’ll get closeup interior and exterior shots with an onboard camera and wide-shot videos with a drone camera.
  • Our team will edit your photos for next-day delivery. You can check with our team on the timeline for your 1-minute video, which will be sent to you promptly.
Plan on about 3 hours (weather permitting).
  • We’ll meet you or the vessel captain at the marina and set sail immediately. We perform these shoots out on the water for minimum distraction and maximum impact.
  • Our 3D specialist will capture immersive footage of what it’s like to walk around the boat—inside and out. After that, we’ll head back to the marina.
  • You will receive a link to your footage the next day. This will include a “dollhouse” model of the boat and immersive views that can be explored on smartphones, tablets, computers, and VR headsets.
  • We will also send you a brief compilation video that you can use to promote the vessel wherever you would like.
Plan on about 3-4 hours (weather permitting).
  • We’ll meet you or the vessel captain at the marina. We may take interior photos at this point, but our first priority is getting the vessel onto the open water where she can be the main event.

Yes, there is a fee if you cancel less than 48 hours beforehand for any reason other than the weather.

You should reschedule your shoot if...
  • The vessel isn’t properly detailed. The vessel must be professionally detailed for her shoot. All personal items must be out of sight as well. We reserve the right to reschedule if we arrive for the shoot and the vessel is not ready. In this case, you will incur a fee.
  • It is raining. To ensure great results and protect our cutting-edge gear, we never shoot in the rain! If you need to reschedule due to rain, you will not incur a fee.
  • It is cloudy (optional). If it is cloudy, you can keep the shoot or reschedule (without incurring a fee). Should you decide to have a cloudy-day shoot, please note that we cannot edit the footage to look like sunny-day footage!
No, our 1-minute video focuses on interior and exterior shots of the vessel alone. If you are interested in having a YachtWay Studios team member tour the vessel on-camera, contact us about a YachtWay Spotlight Video.
A YachtWay Spotlight Video features a knowledgeable YachtWay Studios team member who takes the viewer on a tour of the boat, covering everything from specifications to special features and performance. We open 99 percent of the vessel’s latches to ensure a full and transparent presentation. The finished video, which can last up to 45 minutes, allows us to thoroughly demonstrate every aspect of the vessel to potential buyers. If you are interested, contact us at support@yachtway.com.
No, in order to give you a white-glove experience and stunning results, we require shoots to be scheduled a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
