The FARR 72 “BY FARR” (NED 711), formerly known as YEOMAN XXX, is one of Bruce Farr’s most iconic maxi racer-cruisers. Designed as a true offshore racing yacht while offering exceptional cruising comfort, she combines the performance pedigree of Farr Yacht Design with the elegance of renowned designer Andrew Winch, who created her profile, deck layout and interior.

Built in 1991 by Eric Bongers Boatbuilders in South Africa, a shipyard famous for several Whitbread Maxis, this 22-metre yacht was conceived to compete in major international races while remaining manageable by a reduced crew.

Today, this FARR 72 benefits from significant technical upgrades:

• New Lorima carbon mast (2021)
• New carbon Park Avenue boom (2021)

• B&G Hercules 5000 navigation system (2021)
