<h6 class="heading3" dir="ltr">Representing a functional and conceptual leap compared to her smaller sister, the wallywind130 is a sailing yacht in a class of its own. Judel/vrolijk &amp; co. developed advanced naval architecture for the boat, giving it the sought-after potential to perform exceptionally well on the racecourse, but deliver comfortable passage-making in cruising mode. A high modulus carbon mast, telescopic keel and roller-furling boom offer optimal speed and handling, all without jeopardising shorthanded ability. This is an easy boat to sail well. Her full 130ft length makes it possible to introduce a two-level living concept, with the main saloon at deck level and the cabins below. The lightweight carbon deckhouse is glazed on every side, maximising the potential light and dramatic sightlines. The full-length skylight also makes it easy to keep an eye on the sails. Choose where to put the owner’s suite, with its private salon and his n’ hers bathrooms: forward for ultimate privacy or aft to benefit from the full beam. There are three other guest cabins, all with ensuite bathrooms and storage reminiscent of an even larger yacht.</h6>

Measuring 33.42m (109ft 8in) from sheer bow to open stern, the wallywind110 oozes power. The all-carbon hull has been painstakingly optimized by the pre-eminent racing naval architecture studio judel/vrolijk &amp; co, with twin rudders and a choice of keel technologies. Carbon rig, flush decks and a low-profile coachroof only add to the impression of speed. And yet this is a hybrid yacht, in the sense that it makes a superlative bluewater cruiser as well. Easy to handle, maneuverable and safe with its high bulwarks, it makes quick work of ocean crossings. And once at anchor, those wide decks provide multiple entertaining and relaxing areas, from the aft deck and 80sqm guest cockpit to the foredeck lounge. Sporting the instantly recognizable lines that characterize the wallypower line, the new 50X takes its place alongside the famous 58X. It includes the same comforts, with the potential for fun days out and weekends exploring the coast. But of course, Wally’s spirit of innovation never sleeps, and so the design has evolved. There are elements more familiar from the wallytender, including a more open cockpit area and aft deck. With a modular deck set-up, the 50X adapts readily to a wide array of operational profiles. All Wally’s ‘X’ models are optimized for outboard propulsion, with a notch on the transom that can take four Mercury Racing outboards rated up to 500hp each. With this ultimate power package, expect thrilling speeds over 50 knots and an empowering range of 180 miles. Dial it back a fraction to 4 x 400hp engines, and you can still look forward to 48 knots and a range of 240 miles. That’s without compromising easy, natural access to the water at the transom. With an impeccable cabin for two and a beautiful shower room, the 50X is the full package.</h6>

<h6 class="heading3" dir="ltr">With its full-wide body, the signature of this futuristic spaceship is the vast owner’s suite in the bow, which seems to hang over the water below. Wally has expertly engineered a strip of tall glass running all the way round the main deck, providing the cabin with a 270-degree panoramic views and astonishing natural light. And yet, this high 4.7m bow is part of a hull form has been studied in minute detail to provide stability, eliminate slamming and still deliver semi-displacement performance. Renowned designer Laurent Giles developed the naval architecture specifically for this yacht, which was exhaustively tank-tested in Southampton. Combined with the Volvo IPS pod propulsion system, the wallywhy200 can cruise at 20 knots and hit 23 knots flat out with the optional enhanced power package. The design is breathtaking, with elegant teak decking and steps that cascade down to the beach club aft, which extends with wings at the side and a hydraulic bathing platform that doubles as a passerelle. A 4.15m tender and other toys are garaged invisibly behind the wings.</h6>
