Q: What sparked the idea for the Axopar 29?
A: As we hit our 10-year mark, we looked back at the success of the Axopar 28. It really put us on the map. It’s been incredible seeing our boats in waters around the globe. So, we asked ourselves, ‘How can we take this further?’ We’ve listened to our customers, taken all that feedback, and combined it with everything we’ve learned. The result? The Axopar 29, which we believe is going to redefine adventure boating all over again.
“it’s unmistakably Axopar but with a bolder, more adventurous spirit.”

Q: Can you highlight the top features of the Axopar 29?
A: We went with the philosophy that ‘More is More.’ First off, the design—it’s unmistakably Axopar but with a bolder, more adventurous spirit. We’ve tweaked the hull to be 30% more efficient than its predecessor. We also added wider bow flare for better water displacement and raised the sides for dryer rides, even in rough water.
The ergonomics and usability have seen a huge leap too. We wanted to make moving around safe and intuitive, without any of those annoying sharp edges. It almost feels like a mini version of the 37.
Then there’s the modularity. The new rear windscreen and the views it offers, both forward and back, really open up the space. We’ve also managed to incorporate a versatile forward deck area. It has the bench seat from the 37—a really rare addition we haven’t seen anywhere else.
Lastly, the cabin setup is just ingenious. It’s at the front, offering a cozy overnight stay or ample storage. It can feature a toilet compartment for added versatility.
“We’ve essentially pioneered a new way of thinking about adventure boats.”

Q: How do you see Axopar’s impact on the boating industry?
A: It’s been fascinating to see. We’ve essentially pioneered a new way of thinking about adventure boats, making them more accessible, efficient, and versatile. The analogy I love is comparing our boats to camper vans on water—it’s all about hassle-free adventure. And now, we’re seeing big names trying to carve out their own slice of the market. But at Axopar, adventure boating isn’t just a part of what we do; it’s everything we do.
Q: What’s on the horizon for Axopar?
A: The next 10 years are wide open for us. We’ve grown organically, driven by passion rather than just investment. Electrification is definitely on our radar, as is expanding our boat club to offer a truly global boating experience. But whatever we do, the adventure boat space will be our core focus.
Q: What has been the market reception to the Axopar 29?
A: The Axopar 29 has generated unprecedented excitement, with Dealers like Jeff Brown Yachts witnessing a surge in customer interest. From VIP hotel shuttles to professional fishing trips, Axopar’s vessels continue to meet the diverse needs of boaters worldwide.
