Benetti Appoints Angel Zhou as President of Sales for Asia
Italian shipyard Benetti has announced the appointment of Angel Zhou as its new President of Sales for Asia, underscoring the brand’s strategic expansion within one of the world’s fastest-growing yacht markets.
With nearly two decades of experience, Zhou is widely regarded as a pioneer in the globalization of China’s yachting sector. She played a pivotal role in establishing the China Cup International Regatta in 2007 before joining Simpson Marine, where she spent over 15 years building the company’s regional footprint and spearheading the launch of five new branches across China. Most recently, she served as Group Vice President, leading strategic growth initiatives throughout Asia.
According to Daniela Petrozzi, Benetti’s Global Sales Director, Zhou’s leadership and market insight made her the natural choice to lead the brand’s Asian operations.
