Gulf Craft Appoints Asia Yachting as Majesty Dealer for Hong Kong and Philippines at Singapore Yachting Festival
Gulf Craft has appointed Asia Yachting as the official dealer for its Majesty Yachts brand in Hong Kong and the Philippines: an announcement made on the opening day of the Singapore Yachting Festival 2026, where Gulf Craft was simultaneously awarded Best Builder in Asia at the Yacht Style Awards for the second time.
The timing was deliberate. The Singapore Yachting Festival has become the most significant gathering point for the region's yachting trade, and making the Asia Yachting appointment there gave the collaboration an immediate regional platform to introduce the partnership to clients and media across South-East Asia.
Asia Yachting, founded by Olivier Besson, operates across Hong Kong and the Philippines and brings established relationships in markets where demand for large-format luxury yachts has grown consistently over the past decade. The appointment gives Majesty access to both the Hong Kong buyer base, one of the wealthiest concentrations of private yacht ownership in Asia, and the Philippines, an archipelago of over 7,600 islands whose geography makes yacht ownership a uniquely practical proposition.

The Majesty range that Asia Yachting will represent spans 100 feet (30.5 metres) to 145 feet (44.2 metres)... the upper end of Gulf Craft's production programme and the segment that has driven the brand's most significant growth in recent years. The most recent addition to this part of the range is the Majesty 100 Terrace, a 32.25-metre vessel whose third hull was launched earlier this year, featuring the extended aft terrace that has become one of the most discussed design elements in the production motor yacht market.

A Coordinated Regional Push
The Asia Yachting appointment is part of a structured regional expansion that Gulf Craft has been executing across South-East Asia. In January 2026, the yard appointed Derani Yachts, a Thailand-headquartered dealer led by managing director Håkan Lange, as the official dealer for its Majesty, Nomad, and Oryx brands across Thailand and Malaysia, covering established marine destinations from Phuket and Pattaya to Langkawi, Penang, and Johor. Derani Yachts was also present at the Singapore Yachting Festival alongside Asia Yachting, reflecting the depth of Gulf Craft's investment in its regional dealer network as a single coordinated presence rather than a collection of independent appointments.
Together, the two appointments give Gulf Craft meaningful coverage across six Asian markets, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and the Philippines, within a single year. The strategy mirrors what European and American yards have pursued in the region over the past decade: not a single distributor attempting to cover all of Asia, but a network of specialist dealers with genuine local presence in each distinct market.
Gulf Craft has built its position in Asia over more than four decades of production from its UAE facilities. The Majesty brand, launched in 2004, now spans a range from 48 feet to the flagship Majesty 175 at 54.25 metres; the latter representing Gulf Craft's ambition at the upper end of the production superyacht market. The Best Builder in Asia award at the Singapore Yacht Style Awards, received for the second time this year, reflects the degree to which that positioning has been recognised across the regional trade.
