Remarks

Having had only two owners during her lifetime, CATALINA benefits from having a history of conscientious and proactive maintenance. Her present owner has enjoyed living and cruising on her in various parts of the world in all sorts of climates and conditions. As he is no longer able to use a yacht of this size, he has come to terms with selling her. CATALINA’s superb condition, excellent sea-keeping ability, and very attractive exterior and interior make her a unique and sought-after offering.

* Not for sale to US residents while in US waters — This is a standard regulatory formality for vessels currently in U.S. waters that have not yet had import duty paid. It does not prevent a sale to U.S. residents; it simply means the transaction typically closes in international waters (such as the Bahamas). This is a routine process in the yachting industry. For a step-by-step guide on how this works for this specific vessel, please reach out to the listing agent.
