• Drain engine coolant from port and starboard mains into containers to be removed from the vessel
• Remove port and starboard engine exhaust manifolds, remove manifolds from vessel and take back to the shop to disassemble and reassemble with new seals and paint
• Replace all four exhaust elbows
• Remove heat exchanger plates, take back to the shop and service, install plates after cleaning
• Remove port and starboard seawater pump and replace with new
• Remove injectors from port and starboard engines, replace with new injectors, adjust valves
• Complete paint job on both engines
• Full oil change on port and starboard mains

GENERATORS

• Replace port and starboard generators and replace with new 30 kW phasor generators
• Disassemble old generators in engine room and remove from vessel. Prep for new generator and install

ELECTRICAL

• Converted boat from 220 50hz to 240 60hz
