Horizon FD100 Video Review: A Tri-Deck With Storage Everywhere
By the YachtWay editorial deskUpdated October 2026Video walkthrough7 min read
The Horizon FD100 Tri-deck is a 102 ft yacht with a 6 ft draft, so she can reach shallow anchorages. We walked a brand new one at the 65th Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. The beach club has a bar and a lounge, the upper deck has dining for ten and a grill, and a jacuzzi sits on top. The owner's suite is forward on the main deck, with four guest cabins below and room for a captain and four crew.
Ice makers, TVs and storage on every deck
This boat follows one rule: you never go more than a few feet for a drink. There are ice makers and fridges on every deck, TVs almost everywhere and storage under nearly every cushion. The swim platform runs from side to side and lowers into the water, and the beach club lounge doubles as the crew mess. The engine room has headroom to spare and was spotless, which helps on a new boat.
What stood out on board

The owner's suite on the main deck, four guest cabins and a well finished crew area suit long trips with family or charter guests. The 6 ft draft makes the Bahamas easy.
