What Is a Velocity VR1?

Velocity Powerboats' history spans more than four decades. Following the company’s successful racing career in the early 1960’s, it shared its racing experience to the boating industry developing the “Notched Transom and Pad Bottom”. Following its launch, it was one of the greatest concepts in offshore boat designs since the introduction of the deep-V hull.
