GX34 Unveiled at Palm Beach International Boat Show

At the 2025 Palm Beach International Boat Show, GX Superyachts unveiled their latest innovation, the GX34. This 34-meter yacht exemplifies the company's dedication to merging luxury superyachts with environmental sustainability.

Sustainable Design and Advanced Propulsion
The GX34 is designed with a focus on reducing carbon emissions without compromising on luxury. It features an advanced hybrid electric propulsion system, combining twin 200kW electric motors with up to 2132kW of diesel power. This configuration allows for silent, emission-free cruising and robust long-distance capabilities. An 800kWh lithium-ion battery bank supports extended electric-only operation, enhancing fuel efficiency and minimizing noise. Additionally, the yacht is equipped with up to 46 solar panels, generating approximately 30MWh of renewable energy annually, enabling prolonged anchoring without reliance on generators.

Performance and Range
The GX34 boasts an impressive range of 10,000 nautical miles at 6 knots in hybrid mode. It cruises comfortably at 12 knots and can reach a top speed of 16 knots. Future upgrades may include larger engine options and a "Hybrid Sport" package for enhanced performance.
Design Variants and Collaboration
Renowned Italian designer Marco Casali has crafted the GX34 in three distinct variants: Raised Pilot House (RPH), Fly, and Coupe. Each configuration offers unique aesthetics while maintaining functionality and comfort. In expanding into the Americas market, GX Superyachts has partnered with Northrop & Johnson, a leading yacht brokerage firm celebrating its 75th anniversary. This collaboration underscores a shared commitment to innovation, sustainability, and unparalleled luxury experiences, even to mini yachts.
"The GX34 and the broader GX lineup represent the future of luxury yachting," remarked Cromwell Littlejohn, President and CCO of Northrop & Johnson. "We are honored to collaborate with GX Superyachts, bringing their groundbreaking designs to discerning clients across the Americas."
