Pearl 100 Hybrid
Pearl's first hybrid is also the largest yacht it has built. The 30-metre raised-pilothouse flagship makes its world debut at Bahia Mar this week, with the premiere on Friday 30 October at 6 pm.

The Pearl 100 Hybrid pairs two MAN V12 diesels of 2,000 hp each with twin e-Motion electric motors on a shaft-drive hybrid system. Bill Dixon of Dixon Yacht Design drew the exterior, the layout and the naval architecture, as he did on the Pearl 63, 72 and 82. Kelly Hoppen designed the interior, and the 100 introduces her new Monochrome scheme alongside Indulgence, Luxury and Modern.
"These trials were the first opportunity to operate the Pearl 100 Hybrid as a complete yacht, bringing together the work of our design, engineering and production teams on the water. We shall now use what we have learnt as we prepare her for her world debut in Fort Lauderdale."

From sea trials to the cabins

The real boat, on real water
This is the first Pearl 100 Hybrid out on sea trials. It is the only photo in this story. Every other picture is one of Pearl's design renders.

A tender and a jet ski in the stern
The garage takes a Williams 445DJ tender and a Sea-Doo Spark. The swim platform lowers into the water to launch them.

A spa pool up top
Pearl's renders put a spa pool in the middle of the flybridge, with sun pads around it under the hardtop.

Soft curves, straight lines
Hoppen sets soft curves against linear trims, with polished chrome accents and high-texture materials.

Storage you do not see
The interior runs on a grid system, with concealed storage and modular furnishings. Tap to look into the ensuite.

A second full-beam suite
Amidships on the lower deck, a second suite runs the full width of the hull. Kelly Hoppen curated the art on board herself.

"Central to this design is the timeless allure of monochrome, where a precise balance of black, white, and soft shades of grey creates an incredibly sleek and fresh environment."
