In a groundbreaking development for the yacht industry, the renowned Azimut Benetti Group has entered into a strategic four-year collaboration with Rolls-Royce to innovate the propulsion systems for the celebrated Azimut Grande yacht series. The core of this advancement is the integration of mtu Series 2000 engines, powered by ZF pod drives and coupled with mtu NautIQ ship automation. This state-of-the-art propulsion system boasts a 15% increase in efficiency compared to traditional systems, setting a new benchmark in the industry. Moreover, it aligns with environmental goals by emitting lower carbon emissions and delivering power outputs ranging from 1,015 to 1,472 kilowatts.
