Ventura Yachts Strengthens Spanish Footprint With New Madrid Office
Ventura Yachts has announced the opening of a new office in Madrid, marking the next chapter in the brokerage firm's steady expansion across Spain and Europe.
What began as a single office in Puerto Banús, Marbella, has evolved into a nationwide network. Over the past two decades, Ventura has added strategic locations throughout mainland Spain and the Balearics, responding to growing demand from an increasingly sophisticated client base.
The company’s international momentum also accelerated in 2003 with the launch of its Mayfair, London office: an achievement that Ventura says laid the groundwork for establishing a permanent presence in the Spanish capital. “With a Madrid office, Ventura Yachts enhances its ability to deliver fast, personalised support to brokers and clients while extending its reach into Spain’s most dynamic business hub,” the firm said.
The new location will be led by María Andrade Fernández de Córdoba and Darío López, both of whom joined Ventura last year.
Fernández de Córdoba brings extensive experience in the luxury yacht sector and has been instrumental in supporting Ventura’s nationwide growth. López arrives with a multifaceted background spanning yacht crewing, operations, maintenance, sales, and charter advisory, having managed superyacht programmes across Spain, the French Riviera, and Sardinia.
For Ventura Yachts founding partner Kristofer Westermark, the Madrid expansion reflects a core philosophy that has guided the company since its inception:
