This Dufour 40 from 2004 is an 11.98-metre sailing yacht powered by a Volvo Penta 40 HP diesel engine. The three-cabin layout includes two symmetrical aft cabins, an owner’s cabin forward and one bathroom. The saloon features a large folding table, with an L-shaped galley to port and chart table to starboard.

The interior is finished in varnished mahogany, with solid-wood mouldings, handrails and frames. The galley includes a gas oven and electric refrigerator, while additional equipment includes hot water and a black-water tank. The cabin mattresses were renewed in 2022.

The electrical system operates on 12V/220V and includes an automatic battery charger, one 110Ah AGM engine battery and two 110Ah AGM service batteries. The boat is also equipped with an electric LOFRANS anchor windlass with wired remote control. The ground tackle includes an anchor with 10 mm calibrated chain, with 50 metres of chain and 30 metres of rope.

The cockpit teak was replaced in 2023. Exterior equipment includes a Bimini with extensions towards the sprayhood and mast, sprayhood and cockpit shower with hot and cold water. Removable davits are fitted for carrying a dinghy, together with a separate davit for lowering the outboard engine.

The yacht has a 9/10 sloop rig with a profiled anodised-aluminium mast and two sets of spreaders. Deck equipment includes two Harken 40 STC roof winches, two Harken 46 STC primary winches and two Harken 40 STC spinnaker winches. The running rigging is Dyneema and the genoa is fitted with a Furlex furler. Mainsail and genoa covers are also included. A three-blade Gori folding propeller with Overdrive pitch is fitted.

The listed equipment also includes GPS, radar, autopilot, wind instruments, VHF radio and shore-power connection. The yacht flies the Spanish flag, is registered on List 7ª and has a Zone 2 Navigation Certificate.
