Al Manara is a 52‑metre “yacht villa” — essentially a floating luxury villa built on a yacht / wide‑body hull platform, rather than a conventional superyacht. It is conceived as a “yacht‑villa” rather than a standard motor yacht — meaning its layout, design and amenities aim to emulate a villa lifestyle on water with spacious decks/levels, villa‑style accommodations, and privacy & comfort typical of a high‑end residence, while retaining the mobility of a yacht. The internal volume is massive, with 335sqm of living space on the main deck, 218sqm on the owners deck and 75sqm on the sundeck the internal living space is unlike anything else. The “wide‑body” design gives it a beam of 11.5 meters, which is considerably broader than many conventional yachts of similar length — aiding in creating spacious internal layouts, villa‑like comfort, and stable floating.
